I had a fantastic stay while visiting the Short Pump area! The room was spacious, which made it easy for our family to move around comfortably. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and the excellent breakfast buffet that had a variety of options to fuel us for the day. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located next to a large mall, making shopping and dining a breeze.

I loved the spaciousness of the King Studio Suite. The kitchen area was fully equipped, which made it really easy to prepare snacks and meals. Plenty of tabletop space for all our stuff was a huge bonus. Breakfast had so many options that even the pickiest eater in my family found something they enjoyed. The outdoor fire pit area was great for evening relaxation. However, I did face some issues with washcloths. I had to ask multiple times for more, and even then, the amount provided didn't meet our needs. Also, there was a noise disturbance from barking dogs, which sometimes interrupted the peace we were looking for. Overall, I had a great stay, but some areas could use improvement.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Home2 Suites By Hilton Richmond Short Pump. The staff were remarkably friendly and genuinely cared about our comfort. The room was spacious, especially the studio setup, kids loved it. We made good use of the late 12pm checkout, gave us more time to regroup after breakfast!

home2 suites by hilton features huge rooms with more tabletop space than I've seen elsewhere. the kitchenette was perfect for prepping meals and snacks. plus, it's right next to a mall filled with shopping and dining options. the breakfast buffet also had a fantastic variety for everyone to enjoy!
